Through programs tailored to individual needs, the foundation accommodates a range of capacities and wishes. By working with the industry, these programs are designed to meet contemporary market needs so participants develop skills that are in demand. Collaborations with enterprises like TRRAIN , Amazon , APD, CDT augment the outreach and effectiveness of these joint efforts which combine knowledge, assets & opportunities to provide a tangible path to employment.

Placement Support & Inclusive Hiring

In addition to training, graduates receive customized placement assistance aimed at matching the right candidate with the right employer. This involves everything from internships, placement drives and ongoing mentorship for its sustainability. Through its active support for inclusive hiring, we help create fair workplaces where diversity is welcomed and people are able to excel.

Strengthening Industry Partnerships

Partnerships with organizations and corporations have also helped foster inclusive hiring practices. These collaborations not only establish “work environments accessibility” but generate awareness programs for employers and employees, emphasizing the importance of a diversified staff. The foundation places accessible PWD talents with inclusive employers, shifting them from a charity minded company to a ‘for-profit’ business seeking social return on investment.

On-the-Job Training & Workplace Integration

Entering into a new workplace presents difficulties for PWD, who must now adapt to both the physical space and organizational culture. To facilitate this process, we offer on-the-job training with individualized support plans, mentorship and confidence building sessions. The goal of this program is to give people the help they need to succeed, and support employers in adopting a more inclusive workplace culture.

Continuous Mentorship & Career Growth

The story does not end with hiring. We offer post-placement support and ongoing support for PWD, to make easy their transitions & become successful in their careers. With guidance, tailored plans and additional skills support, the foundation gives participants a development opportunity to help them move forwards in their careers while making a significant difference to their organisation.

Financial Literacy & Independence

Normative empowerment is also financial independence. For this reason, the foundation provides financial literacy programs on budgeting, saving, understanding credit and managing money. They are life skills that empower PWDs to shape their financial destiny and ensure long-term independence and security. By empowering people with financial literacy, Abhivruddhi Foundation is helping to create a community with more independence and togetherness.
