Abhivruddhi Foundation empowers persons with disabilities across Karnataka to live and work with dignity. Since 2014, we’ve paired inclusive training with real job pathways—moving beyond charity to sustainable empowerment. Our five-step model—mobilization, counselling, registration, training, and placement—equips learners with communication, digital, retail, and life skills, and then supports them into meaningful employment. Over the past decade we’ve facilitated 1650+ job placements, supported 500+ beneficiaries each year, and built trusted partnerships with employers and sector leaders. Collaborations with initiatives such as TRRAIN Pankh and organizations including APD, ITC, and Tech Mahindra Foundation expand opportunities while strengthening workplace inclusion.
